- 1 bunch Radish
- 2 teaspoons grainy Mustard
- white Pepper
- 2 Bagels
- 2 sheets Oak leaf lettuce
- 1 bowl Garden cress (or 1 bunch watercress)
- 2 slices Panini
- 2 slices Prosciutto
Rinse the radishes, trim and cut into thin slices. Season with salt and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Drain then toss with the mustard and season with pepper.
Slice the bagels. Arrange the cheese, lettuce, prosciutto and radishes over the bottom halves.
Trim the cress and sprinkle over top. Sandwich together with the top halves. Serve.
