Cucumber and Cream Cheese Sandwiches
- half of a white bread (about 200 grams)
- half of a Whole Wheat Toast (about 200 grams)
- 300 grams cream cheese
- juice of Limes
- 1 Tbsp Lime zest
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- finely chopped cilantro (per 2 tablespoons)
- finely chopped parsley (per 2 tablespoons)
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 1 Cucumber
Cut the bread into slices and remove the crust.
Mix the cream cheese with the lime juice and zest. Mix with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
Rinse the cucumbers and pat dry. Cut into thin slices and mix with the cream cheese. Place the cucumbers on half the bread and then place the other half of the bread on top. Squeeze firmly and cut into bite sized pieces.
