These sandwiches are the perfect combination of calcium, healthy fats, protein, nutrients, and carbohydrates. It is a well rounded meal that is great for lunch alongside some soup or a salad. 

Instead of cream cheese, you can use goat or feta cheese, which will add more protein and healthy fats.

½ cup Goat cheese
1 teaspoon honey
4 very ripe Figs (sliced)
4 Flatbread
110 ounces air-dried Prosciutto (e. g. San Daniele or Serrano)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the basil leaves with the cream cheese, goat cheese, and honey.

2.

Slice open the flatbreads. Spread one side with the cream cheese mixture and fill with the prosciutto and figs.
