Preparation steps

1.

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Rinse under running water and pat dry.

2.

Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pan. Fry the potato slices until golden. Drain on paper towels.

3.

Mix 1 tablespoon of salt, paprika and curry powder. While the potato chips are still warm, season with the spice mixture. Serve warm.
