- ¼ cup olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- ½ tsp Cumin
- Sea salt

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 425º F. Position oven rack to middle position.

Cut prepared potatoes into 1/4-inch julienne or wedges if you prefer. In a large bowl, combine cut potatoes, oil, spice, salt and pepper. Toss lightly until potatoes are evenly coated.
3.
Arrange potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until potatoes are cooked through and the edges are crisp, about 30 minutes.
4.
Check seasoning and serve immediately.
