2 Tbsps honey
500 milliliters mineral water (carbonated)
Maraschino cherry (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the pineapple into pieces, then puree completely. Mix with the pineapple juice, lemon juice, and honey and pour into a pitcher.

To serve, fill glasses half-full with the pineapple mixture. Fill the glasses with the chilled mineral water, garnish each glass with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
