Preparation steps

Peel and quarter the kiwis, then cut the quarters into slices. Peel the pineapple and remove the stalk. Halve the pineapple and remove the core. Cut the pineapple pulp into bite-sized pieces. Add the prepared fruit and the juices to a large bowl. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Before serving, add the sparkling wine to the bowl, and stir until combined.
