Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse and dry the herbs, then finely chop the leaves. Crush the peperoncinis in a mortar. Peel the garlic, thinly slice lengthwise, and sauté in a pan with the olive oil.

Mix in the peperoncinis and herbs and sauté briefly. Drain the pasta, add to the pan, and toss everything until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then serve on plates.
