- 500 grams Spaghetti
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch Basil (40 grams)
- 2 red chili peppers
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- 150 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps
1.
Boil the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes until al dente.

Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck the leaves (set a few leaves aside for garnish) and chop finely. Rinse the chilies, cut into rings. Season with the oil, and toss with the garlic slices, basil, and chillies.
3.
Drain the finished pasta. Toss with the oil and arrange in a bowl. Serve garnished with Parmesan and basil leaves.
