4 garlic cloves
3 sprigs thyme
2 Tbsps Nut oil
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

250 grams fresh Sour cherry

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Peel and cut the onions into wedges. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Mix the onions and garlic in a baking dish. Rinse the thyme, shake dry and add to the baking dish. Drizzle in the olive oil, nut oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Bake for about 35 minutes.

Rinse the cherries, drain well. In the last 10 minutes of baking, add the cherries to the onions. Serve hot.
