- 500 grams Chicken breasts
- 300 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 3 Red onions
- 2 Red Bell pepper
- 2 green Bell pepper
- 1 organic lemon
- 6 sprigs thyme
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts, cut into bite-zised pieces. Rinse and pat dry tomatoes. Peel onions and cut into wedges. Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into large cubes.

Rinse lemon in hot water and grate zest and squeeze juice. Rinse thyme and shake dry.
3.
Thread chicken, peppers, onions and tomatoes, alternating, on skewers. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Grill on a hot grill for about 10 minutes, turning often, and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with lemon zest, garnish with thyme and serve.
