2 hardboiled eggs
150 grams Tuna in its own juice (canned)
50 grams black Olives
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1 lemons
salt
freshly ground pepper
6 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the radicchio and frisee lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces.

2.

Rinse the green beans, pinch back the ends and blanch in plenty of boiling salted water for about 5-6 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain well.

3.

Rinse and trim the scallions and cut into thin rings.

4.

Rinse and halve the tomatoes.

5.

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut into eight pieces.

6.

Rub a large bowl with a halved garlic clove and pour in the salad ingredients.

7.

Top the salad with the drained tuna, olives and remaining ingredients. Whisk together the lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper to make a dressing. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
