- For Salad
- 1 head Boston butter lettuce (leaves)
- 1 head Radicchio
- 1 small Red onion (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup ripe Grape tomato (rinsed)
- 1 english Cucumber (rinsed; trimmed; seeded and sliced)
- ½ cup pitted, black nicoise olive
- 6 ozs canned Tuna (drained)
- 4 fresh eggs (hard boiled; peeled and cut into halves)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- For Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 small shallot (peeled and minced)
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp Wine vinegar
- ½ cup good-quality olive oil
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps

For Salad:

Rinse and dry the lettuce and radicchio leaves. Arrange all salad ingredients attractively in a large serving bowl. Season with pepper.
