- 1 Lettuce
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 white onion
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 2 Beefsteak tomato
- 1 can Tuna (natural)
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- ½ tsp Mustard
- ½ tsp sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps scallions
Preparation steps
1.
Separate the lettuce leaves, rinse, trim, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.

Rinse the cucumber, cut off the ends and peel. Cut crosswise into thin slices. Peel the onion, chop half into small cubes and the rest into rings. Rinse, trim and halve the bell pepper, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into strips.
3.
Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. Drain the tuna and break apart. Peel the eggs and cut into slices.
4.
For the dressing, mix the vinegar, mustard, sugar and oil and season with salt and pepper.
5.
Arrange the salad ingredients decoratively on plates, drizzle with the dressing and serve showered with chives.
