- 4 large, baking potatoes
- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 1 ¾ cups Cottage cheese
- 1 Pineapple (chunks)

1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Mixing bowl, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Kitchen scale, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Cookie cutter (nach Saison oder Anlass, z.B. Häschen, Blumen oder Küken), 6 Brioche molds (à ca. 125 ml Inhalt) oder Muffinblech mit 6 Mulden, 1 Pastry brush, 1 Cup, 1 Fork
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 220C (200C fan) 425F, gas 7.
2.
Wash the potatoes and dry with a clean tea towel.
3.
Rub the potatoes with the oil and a little salt.
4.
Bake the potatoes on the shelf in the oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through.
5.
Mix the pineapple chunks with the cottage cheese, season with salt and pepper.
6.
Split open the potatoes with a cross and serving with the cottage cheese.
