- 1 ⅖ kilograms medium-sized, red, skinned potatoes
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- ½ tsp freshly ground peppers
- Sea salt
- ½ bunch Chives
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsps butter
Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes. Grease the baking sheet with 2 tablespoons of oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place the potatoes on the baking sheet and cook for about 40 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F), After 20 minutes, turn the potatoes and drizzle with the remaining oil.

Finely chop the garlic and saute with butter until translucent.
4.
Remove the potatoes from the oven. Mix the potatoes with the garlic. Arrange the potatoes on plates and sprinkle with chives. Season with salt and pepper.
5.
Serve with a light sour cream.
