Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes. Grease the baking sheet with 2 tablespoons of oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place the potatoes on the baking sheet and cook for about 40 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F), After 20 minutes, turn the potatoes and drizzle with the remaining oil.
