Preparation steps

1.

Spread bread slices with quark and cut each slice into 6 equal pieces. Place on each piece of bread a dab of jam.

2.

Rinse, trim and halve the fruit. Pit apricots and cut into wedges. Thread the fruit on 12 small skewers and then stick in the bread pieces.
