- 2 Tbsps Marmalade
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 3 cups self-rising flour

2 Skillets, 1 Baking sheet, 2 Bowls, 2 Plates, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Fine grater, 1 Sieve, 1 Can opener, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Slotted spatula
Preparation steps

Put the fruit and sugar into a bowl and just cover with warm tea. Cover and leave to soak for a least 4 hours or overnight.

Heat the oven to 170C, 325F, gas 3. Grease a 1 kg|2 pound loaf tin.

Stir the marmalade, cinnamon, egg and flour into the soaked fruit and beat well until thoroughly combined. Spoon into the tin and bake for about 90 minutes until cooked through.
4.
Leave in the tin for 15 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool. Serve sliced spread with butter.
