- 2 cups Mizuna (greens)
- 2 cups Watercress
- ½ cup Red onions (thinly sliced)
- ½ cup marinated sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ cup roasted Red pepper
- ¼ cup halves Cashews
- 1 cup crumbled Feta
- 0.333 cup Vinegar
- 0.333 cup olive oil
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
Preparation steps

In a large bowl combine mizuna, watercress, onion, tomatoes, peppers, cashews and feta. Pour vinegar and olive oil and toss until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper; toss again gently before serving.
