½ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes (drained and cut into strips)
2 cups cooked Chicken breasts (cut into strips)
1 bunch young Radish (cleaned and sliced)
3 cups mixed salad (rinsed)
½ cup Feta (cubed)
2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)
½ cup good quality olive oil
2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps

In a large bowl, combine sun dried tomatoes, chicken, radishes, mixed salad greens and feta cheese; toss to mix. In a separate bowl, whisk garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and gently toss to mix. Serve.
