lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
2 cups canned, green Lentils (rinsed and washed)
1 red pepper (deseeded and finely diced)
12 Radish (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Put the spinach on each of the serving plates.
2.
Mix together the oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Stir the dressing into the lentils and add the diced peppers.
4.
Arrange the lentils and peppers on the spinach, add the radishes and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
