1 Citrus juicer, 1 Cocktail shaker, 1 Grater

Preparation steps

1.

Mix oil, lemon and apple juice in a shaker and season with pepper and iodized salt.

2.

Clean, peel and roughly grate the carrots. Wash and quarter apples and grate them coarsely without the cores. Quickly mix the grated carrots and apples in a bowl with the dressing, otherwise the apple will turn brown.
