Cranberries are rich in vitamin C, which help support a healthy immune system.
If you don't have grapes, feel free to replace with your favorite kind of berry.
Rinse cranberries and pat dry. Rinse grapes and pluck from stems. Purée grapes, cranberries, orange juice, maple syrup, apple juice and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
Pour smoothie mixture into glasses and serve topped with sparkling or mineral water.
