- 7 Tbsps butter
- 3 Tbsps sugar
- 4 Tbsps brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 6 ½ ozs flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 4 ozs dark Chocolate chip
- 3 Tbsps dried Cranberry
- 3 Tbsps coarsely chopped Peanuts

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat the butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in the egg and vanilla flavor. Mix the flour and baking powder. Fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips, cranberries and peanuts.

Heap teaspoon-sized balls of dough on the baking sheet, about 2" apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Let sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Remove from the baking sheet and cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
