1 Rinse and dry apples. With a sturdy peeler, remove peel from 1 apple in a long spiral; set aside as a garnish. Cut both apples into quarters. Core and coarsely chop.
2 Rinse cranberries in a colander and drain.
3 Combine apple, cranberries and yogurt in a blender (or use an immersion blender); puree until completely smooth. Pour into a tall glass, stir in liquid whey and garnish with reserved apple peel.
