1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Sieve, 1 Blender (or immersion blender), 1 Measuring cups

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry apples. With a sturdy peeler, remove peel from 1 apple in a long spiral; set aside as a garnish. Cut both apples into quarters. Core and coarsely chop.
