- 14 ozs purple Grape (seedless)
- 1 Orange (juiced)
- 2 Tbsps Maple syrup
- 7 ozs Apple juice
- 8 Ice cubes
- Carbonated Sparkling water (to fill)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse cranberries and pat dry. Rinse grapes and pluck from stems. Purée grapes, cranberries, orange juice, maple syrup, apple juice and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
2.
Pour smoothie mixture into glasses and serve topped with sparkling or mineral water.
