3 ½ ozs Fondant (mixture)
4 Tbsps powdered sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
20 Sugar cube

Preparation steps

1.
Take the fondant out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you need it.
2.
Knead the fondant thoroughly then roll out in a thin layer on a silicon mat and cut small Christmas shapes out of the mixture (Christmas trees, skates etc. ).
3.
Stir the icing sugar with the lemon juice to form a viscous mixture. Use this to stick the fondant shapes to the sugar cubes and decorate further with the glacé icing as desired.
4.
Leave to dry and serve with Christmas tea, for example.
