½Limes

1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Citrus juicer

Directions

Display mode:
1 Peel, halve and core papaya.
2 Slice papaya thinly.
3 Rinse bell pepper, wipe dry, cut into quarters and remove seeds. Cut pepper into thin strips. Rinse scallions, pat dry and thinly slice.
4 Squeeze juice from lime. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with mango chutney, curry paste and 2 teaspoons lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Place tortillas in preheated oven at 80°C (fan 60°C, gas mark 1) (approximately 175°F) until warmed and pliable.
5 Place each tortilla on a large piece of plastic wrap and spread a thin layer of cream-cheese mixture on top.
6 Distribute sliced chicken breast ​​evenly over the tortilla. Top with papaya, bell pepper and scallion.
7 Roll tortilla up firmly. Wrap in plastic wrap and twist the ends tightly. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
8 Remove plastic wrap and cut wrap crosswise into slices. Serve with thinly sliced Chinese cabbage, if desired.
