1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Citrus juicer

Peel, halve and core papaya.

Slice papaya thinly.

Rinse bell pepper, wipe dry, cut into quarters and remove seeds. Cut pepper into thin strips. Rinse scallions, pat dry and thinly slice.
