1 Baking sheet, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Small plate, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 scharfes Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Brush, 1 Rolling pin, 1 Hand mixer mit Knethaken, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Small pot

Preparation steps

1.
Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into pieces.
2.
Finely chop the garlic.
3.
Thinly slice the chilli and stir into the soy sauce.
4.
Wash, top and tail the mangetout. Blanch in boiling, salted water for about 2 minutes, refresh in cold water, drain and cut into strips, cutting at an angle.
5.
Warm the tortillas according to the package instructions.
6.
Heat the oil and brown the chicken with the garlic. Add the mangetout and sprouts and stir-fry all together for about 5 minutes, until the meat is cooked. Then fill the tortillas with the chicken and vegetables and roll up. Cut each filled tortilla in half and serve with the chilli soy sauce as a dip.
