8 medium, waxy potatoes
2 ⅔ cups Broccoli
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
2.333 cups Feta (crumbled)
1 tsp crushed Red pepper flakes

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6.
2.
Wrap the potatoes tightly in tin foil and pierce with a fork a few times. Bake for 40 minutes in the middle of the oven.
3.
Blanche the broccoli in boiling salt water until al dente, drain well and chop.
4.
Mix together the garlic and feta, season with salt and ground black pepper and add the chopped broccoli.
5.
Remove the potatoes from the oven, unwrap them and cut open lengthways. Fill with the cheese and broccoli mixture, sprinkle with chilli flakes and serve immediately.
