- 4 ¾ cups Cheddar cheese (cubed or finely grated)
- 2 ¼ cups Quark
- 1 cup Walnut (chopped)
- 1 cup Pistachio (chopped)
- sweet, ground paprika
- 1 handful Corn salad (lamb's lettuce)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the cheese with the quark and add the chopped nuts. Mix well and season with salt and ground black pepper.

Form into a roll and dust with paprika. Chill before serving. Cut into slices and serve on a bed of lamb's lettuce.
