4 cups lean Ground beef
½ cup tomato Ketchup
½ cup fresh Mozzarella (cut into 2cm thick slices)
1 tsp dried oregano
oregano (to garnish)
black Olives (to garnish)
salt

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the grill to hot.
2.
In a large mixing bowl, break down the mince using your hands. Season well and form 4 equal sized balls. Flatten with your palm to make patties.
3.
Grill the patties for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally, until dark brown and cooked.
4.
Top the patties with the ketchup evenly then the mozzarella slices. Return to the grill for 2 minutes until the mozzarella is just melted. Remove and sprinkle the oregano on top.
5.
Garnish with a black olive on top of each and with sprigs of oregano. Serve immediately.
