Preparation steps

1.

Mix yogurt and quark with mint, chives and lime juice. Peel carrot, finely grate and stir into yogurt.

Season carrot salad with salt and cayenne pepper. Peel papaya, remove seeds, cut into wedges and serve alongside the salad. If desired, serve with whole-grain breadsticks.
