250 grams Greek Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsps apple sauce
30 grams Hazelnuts
30 grams Walnut
30 grams Shelled pistachio
3 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the carrots and use the vegetable peeler to cut long, thin strips. Peel and dice the orange. Whisk together the yogurt, honey and applesauce.  

2.

Coarsely chop the hazelnuts, walnuts and pistachios. Toss the carrot strips with the diced orange, chopped nuts and lemon juice. Season with sugar, salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into salad bowls and garnish with watercress and orange supremes. Serve the yogurt applesauce on the side.
