1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
150 milliliters dry white wine
200 grams Gorgonzola
1 tsp cornstarch
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
100 milliliters Whipped cream
salt
1 splash Almond liqueur
peppers
2 Tbsps slivered almonds

Preparation steps

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté both until translucent. Deglaze with the wine. Crumble the cheese, and gradually incorporate into the pan stirring constantly. Mix in the broth and the cream. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and the liqueur. If necessary, add some more broth.

Garnish the sauce with the almonds, and serve.
