- ⅓ cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Blue cheese (crumbled)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- 2 scallions (washed and dried)
- 2 tsps fresh lemon juice
- salt (to taste)
- White pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, and garlic until smooth and creamy. Chop the green onions into rings. Fold 1/2 of the green onions int the cheese mixture. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with remaining green onions. Serve with crackers or sliced fresh vegetables.
