- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- 1.333 cups double cream
- ½ cup Roquefort cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tsps Poppy seeds
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the butter in a pan and when foaming add the shallot and sweat until translucent. Add the wine and reduce until nearly evaporated.

Pour in the cream and bubble up, then add the cheese. Stir until melted.

Stir in the poppyseeds and season carefully.
