1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Apple syrup

1 Small skillet, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Salad spinner

Preparation steps

Trim lettuces, rinse, spin dry and tear or cut into bite-sized pieces.

Coarsely chop hazelnuts and toast lightly in a pan.

Stir the vinegar, mustard and apple juice together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in the oils.

Rinse and dry apple. Peel, quarter, core and cut the apple into very thin slices.
