½ tsp dried oregano
½ cup olive oil
freshly ground Black pepper
3 handfuls mixed salad
1 head Radicchio (halved; cored and coarsely chopped)
1 Fennel bulb (trimmed; cut crosswise and thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

In a large bowl, add the minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Mash until it a paste forms. Whisk in vinegar and oregano, add olive oil, whisking to combine. Season with freshly ground pepper.

Add greens, radicchio, and fennel and toss well. Serve immediately.
