- 2 Tbsps softened butter
- 1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Chervil (chopped)
- 2 cups oat leaf Lettuce (in bite-sized pieces)
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 2 rump Steak (approx. 200 g each)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 2 Bowls, 1 Whisk, 1 Small pot, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Tea strainer, 12 Tartlet mold (à 10 cm Ø)
Preparation steps
1.
Squash the butter with a fork and mix with the herbs. Season with salt and ground black pepper and let cool.
2.
Arrange the lettuce decoratively on two large plates. Make a dressing by mixing together 2 tbsp oil, the vinegar, ground black pepper and salt.
3.
Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the meat on each side for approx. 2 minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper, cut into slices and place on top of the lettuce. Add the herb butter and drizzle the lettuce with the dressing.
