20 Dried plums
20 peeled almonds
20 thin slices Bacon
thyme (1 tablespoon finely chopped)
rosemary (1 tablespoon finely chopped)
2 Tbsps clarified butter

Preparation steps

1.

Spread the bacon out and sprinkle with herbs.

2.

Stuff each plum with an almond. Wrap the bacon around the plum and stick with a toothpick.

3.

Fry the bacon-wrapped prunes in hot butter until crisp. 

To serve, arrange on a plate and serve warm.
