- 20 Dried plums
- 20 peeled almonds
- 20 thin slices Bacon
- thyme (1 tablespoon finely chopped)
- rosemary (1 tablespoon finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
Preparation steps

Spread the bacon out and sprinkle with herbs.

Stuff each plum with an almond. Wrap the bacon around the plum and stick with a toothpick.
3.
Fry the bacon-wrapped prunes in hot butter until crisp.
To serve, arrange on a plate and serve warm.
