Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 250°C (approximately 475°F). Soak dried plums in lukewarm water, about 10 minutes. Remove, pat dry and slit sides.

2.

Cut cheese into small cubes. Stuff dried plums with cheese. Cut bacon into strips. Wrap each dried plum with a strip of bacon.

3.

Place in the oven under broiler and broil, watching carefully, until bacon is crisped, about 5 minutes.
