12 large Scallop (rinsed and patted dry)
12 slices smoked Bacon
¼ cup butter (melted)
salt (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.
In a small bowl, thoroughly combine all the ingredients for the seasoning.
2.
Sprinkle each dried scallop with seasoning.
3.
Wrap one piece of bacon around each scallop and secure the bacon with the prepared skewer.
4.
Place a grill pan over medium-high heat and when the grill is hot brush the bottom of the pan with melted butter. Place the scallops in the pan and cook, turning frequently, until the scallops and bacon are cooked through, about 8 minutes.
5.
Transfer to serving tray and season with salt and pepper to taste.
