Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the limes in hot water and dry. Halve 2 limes, and squeeze what remains. Cook the lime halves on a hot grill until caramelized and golden brown.

Halve the avocados, remove the seed, and remove the fruit from the shell. Cut into cubes, and drizzle with a litle lime juice. Coarsely cut the feta cheese.

3.

Mix the oil with 2 tablespoons of lime juice, the avocado, and the feta cheese. Divide into bowls, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with a grilled lime half and the fresh herbs.
