- 2 Avocados
- 1 shallot
- 2 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 grams Feta
- salt
- lemon juice
- for garnish
- green Olives (pitted)
- 1 Tbsp Sunflower seed
- freshly cut Basil
- Red pepper flakes
- olive oil (for drizzling)

Preparation steps

Toast the whole-wheat baguette slices.

Peel the avocados, remove the seeds, and finely mash the pulp with a fork. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Mix the shallots, yogurt, and crumbled feta cheese into the mashed avocado. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then spread onto the baguette slices.

For garnish, cut the olives into strips. Top the baguette slices with the olives and sunflower seeds. Garnish with the basil and red pepper flakes, drizzle with the olive oil, and serve.
