- 1 oz cilantro
- 3 Tbsps Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 5 Tbsps Soy yogurt
- 2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Cut avocado flesh into cubes. Wash the cilantro, shake dry and pluck the leaves.
Place avocado with cilantro, lime juice, yogurt, olive oil and 4-6 tablespoons water in a tall container and blend with a hand blender until creamy. Season avocado-lime dressing with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
