Nutritional values

Blue cheese dressing really turns any salad into a protein-rich meal. Because blue cheese and buttermilk provide plenty of protein. In addition, the cheese contains relatively high levels of calcium and phosphorus - an ideal combination for healthy teeth and bones.

If you like, you can replace the buttermilk with classic drinking milk. Or you can use almond drink, whose slightly nutty flavor harmonizes super with the aromatic blue cheese. For another twist substitute gorgonzola cheese for the blue cheese
