- 2 ripe Avocados
- 1 shallot
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- Lime juice
- 4 Taco shells
Preparation steps
1.
Peel and halve the avocados. Remove the seeds and mash the flesh with a fork.

Peel and finely chop the shallots. Mix the shallots and cilantro into the avocado. Season to taste with salt, cayenne pepper, and lime juice. Fill the taco shells with the guacamole, and serve.
