Preparation steps

Peel the avocados, cut in half and remove the pit. Mash with a fork. Pit the olives and cut into small pieces.

Mix the avocado with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, olives, salt, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. Scoop with 2 tablespoons and serve as a small appetizer. Serve with fresh white bread.
