Preparation steps

1.

Halve, seed and peel avocado. Crush meat with a fork and mix with lemon juice and creme fraiche.

2.

Rinse chile, halve lengthwise and chop.

3.

Rinse the tomatoes, quarter, remove seeds and dice. Mix with chile and mint into the avocado cream and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
